The safeguards are the product
Six limits, each enforced in code rather than in a policy document. Nothing on this list is a setting an employee can turn off.
It cannot edit or delete
Nothing in your books can be changed or removed by the assistant. Approvals carry a per-user euro limit.
Explicit confirmation
Every action requires a person to confirm it. The confirmation step is enforced in code, not by prompt.
Tamper-evident log
Every conversation and every action is written to an audit log that shows if it has been altered.
Your accountant supervises
Your accounting firm gets its own console with a review queue over every action the assistant touched.
